Christopher Robert Evans, born 13 June 1981, is an American actor. He began his acting career acting in TV shows such as Opposite sexual sex, which aired in 2000. His fame was boosted by his performance as Human Torch, the Marvel Comics superhero in Fantastic Four (2007) and Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer (2008). Evans also appeared in film adaptations of comic books as well as graphic novels, including TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) as well as Snowpiercer (2013). Evans gained more attention for the role he played as Steve Rogers / Captain America in several Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War and the ensemble films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019). In the course of his Marvel film work, he was one of the highest-paid actors around the globe.
